REFUND POLICY

Returns 

Refund is not our idea, we are looking for the best quality of every item on this website. However, you are able to request for a refund if the design is damaged completely and it can’t be solved. We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of delivery and the digital item couldn’t be applied into the software or machine as its description or couldn’t be fixed. We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Besides, I’d love to have some suggestions for every customer. We can exchange to another item and or customize the file if the file is broken, missed any single part, or it’s not working as the general standards. We’ll try to resolve the mistake or complete your ideas.

If you couldn’t download the file or find the link as well, first check your site, device or internet again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and couldn’t be solved. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at supersvgshop@gmail.com 

Shipping 

The item is digital instant download so that you are able to download immediately the file/order after you have purchased. NO physical items would be shipped.
